This Warranty Covers:

- Any genuine Repairwares Brand replacement part purchased from an authorized retailer which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:

- Counterfeit, mislabeled, misrepresented, fraudulent, used, resold, bartered, traded, and any other parts obtained from an unauthorized retailer or other unauthorized source
- Improper, mistaken, or unauthorized selection, purchase, delivery, installation, or maintenance of the part
- Damage caused after delivery
- Failure of the part due to misuse, abuse, overload, overuse, non-standard use, or use for purposes or with products other than those intended
- Failure of the part caused by the unauthorized or incorrect removal or alteration of portions or components of the part or of the part itself
- Failure of the part caused by a failure to properly clean, service, or maintain related or interoperable parts, components, and systems before and/or after installation
- Any time, labor, inconvenience, service, or opportunity costs related to dysfunction and replacement of the defective part
- Replacement of any other part, component, or system
- Normal changes in appearance and/or normal wear and tear over time due to use, disuse, storage, exposure to varying environmental conditions, or other factors
- Noises made by the part that do not affect operation
- Non-durable or consumable parts which have served their intended purpose and which are no longer usable
- Parts which have reached the end of their normal service life given the degree of use
- Accessories, packaging, and package inserts
- Fake, fraudulent, forged, expired, illegitimate, invalid, or misrepresented purchases and/or warranty claims
- Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects with the part
- Parts which are no longer wanted or needed or which, when properly installed and functioning, do not resolve the dysfunction of the parts, components, or systems which prompted the purchase
- Damage caused by negligence, leak, storage, neglect, carriage, accident, fire, flood, weather, earthquake, volcano, disaster, violence, crime, conflict, war, insurrection, voltage irregularities, improper connections, environmental factors, or other circumstances beyond our control
Limited Warranty Terms
During the applicable warranty period Repairwares will provide (via the authorized retailer) free replacement of the covered defective part with a new, refurbished, or substantially equivalent part. In the event that the part is temporarily or permanently unavailable Repairwares will provide (via the authorized retailer) a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and any prior refunds or considerations granted in relation to the purchase.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only to parts purchased from an authorized retailer, pursuant to the limitations and exclusions herein. A valid Order ID or sufficient proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required to obtain warranty service.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 90th or 180th day after purchase or on the same day the following year, as applicable. Any warranty request must be made before the warranty period expires.
This warranty only applies to parts used within the United States of America. The warranty does not include shipping to destinations outside of the 48 contiguous states.
REPAIRWARES HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY GUARANTEE NOT SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY OR IN AUTHORIZED REPAIRWARES PRODUCT INFORMATION MATERIALS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN ALL OTHER CASES THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS-IS.” ANY IMPLIED GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OUTSIDE THE LIMITATION OF APPLICABLE LAW IS NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To know what your legal rights are, please contact your local or state consumer affairs office or your state’s Attorney General.

Changes To This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or supplement this policy at any time without prior notice. The terms of a prior Warranty Policy may apply to your purchase and prior versions will remain available for their applicable duration. Whenever substantive changes are made the date will be reflected below.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
Warranty services are provided by authorized retailers. Better Surplus is the Exclusive Authorized Retailer of genuine Repairwares products. Purchases from unauthorized retailers may not be genuine and are not covered by any applicable warranty.
